G.I., Galvanised Iron, wires are manufactures throught the process of annealing, pickling, hot dipping, and coating. Following the high-tech methodology, G.I. Wires are produced from Wire Rod. Galvanization of wires are done with the use of Zinc. Prior to galvanizing, the activities like pickles and rinse are carried out thoroughly and flex coating is applied in the wires which helps zinc to stick in the base metal effectively.
